1. Why don’t you accept returns?


Our products are personal care items, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot resell returned products. This ensures every customer receives fresh, unused items.


2. What if my order arrives damaged?


Please email us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We’ll review and issue a refund if applicable.


3. Can I exchange my product for a different scent?


Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Please double-check your selection before placing your order.


4. How long does it take to receive my refund?


Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
